納米晶磁芯具有高的導(dǎo)磁率,頻率特性寬,非常適用于EMC濾波器,共模電感,以抑制共模噪聲。相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)軟磁材料,比如鐵氧體磁芯,納米晶磁芯優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,高電感量,濾波效果好,體積小,銅線匝數(shù)少。

納米晶磁芯的居里溫度高達(dá)560℃,遠(yuǎn)高于傳統(tǒng)鐵氧體磁芯只有200℃,高居里溫度使得納米晶磁芯具有高的熱穩(wěn)定性,可以連續(xù)工作于120℃。

納米晶磁芯已成為目前共模電感磁芯的優(yōu)選材質(zhì)。

How to calculate inductance of a nanocrystalline core inductor?

Calculate nanocrystalline core just the same as other cores, like ferrite, sendust core, MPP core or High flux core.

L=AL*N^2

L – inductance of the inductor or choke, unit: μH;
AL – AL valuve of the nanocrystalline core, which is provide on our specifictation sheet, unit: μH;
N – turns of winding, please count the numbers through the core.

for example:

Calculate inductance of 10 turns on a KMN261610 nanocrystalline core:

AL – 37.1 μH Min @ 10KHz, 0.25V;
N – 10Ts;
L=AL*N^2=37.1*10^2=3710μH=3.710 mH Min @ 10Khz, 0.25V

Alloy Melting

Melting Iron, Silicon, Boron, Nb, Copper to form the alloy.

Ribbon Spinning

Alloy is remelted and quenched on a fast rotation copper wheel to form amorphous ribbon.

Ribbon Sliting

Wide amorphous ribbon will be slited to the width which core needs.

Core Winding

Slited scrip will be automatically wound to amorphous and nanocrytalline core.

Core Heat Treatment

Amorphous core under heat treatment to release stress to get good performance; Nanocrystalline core under heat treatment to form nanocrystalline grain and the best magnetic properties.

Core Finished

Heat treated core will be fixed to a plastic case or be under epoxy coated.

Core Inspection

共模電感的工作原理:

共模電感是一個(gè)高導(dǎo)磁率的磁芯上有兩個(gè)繞組,這兩個(gè)繞組的電流按同一方向流入,同一方向流出,負(fù)載電流產(chǎn)生的磁場(chǎng)在磁芯中相互抵消。當(dāng)共模噪聲流進(jìn)時(shí),由于方向不同向,于是在磁芯中產(chǎn)生磁場(chǎng),而由于磁芯的高導(dǎo)磁率而把噪聲抑制。

興磁科技King Magnetics的納米晶磁芯適用于共模噪聲濾波器,電感量較高,頻率寬。納米晶磁芯適用于替代傳統(tǒng)鐵氧體。
