非晶、納米晶技術是現(xiàn)代先進的科技,直接從融熔的鋼水經(jīng)過快速冷卻成形為非晶帶材,這是冶金史上的革命。作為新型的軟磁材料,由于其獨特的優(yōu)點,已廣泛于高性能磁芯,電感元件,變壓器。興磁科技 King Magnetics 目前已開發(fā)出用于共模電感的系列非晶、納米晶磁芯。
納米晶磁芯具有高的導磁率,頻率特性寬,非常適用于EMC濾波器,共模電感,以抑制共模噪聲。相對于傳統(tǒng)軟磁材料,比如鐵氧體磁芯,納米晶磁芯優(yōu)勢明顯,高電感量,濾波效果好,體積小,銅線匝數(shù)少。
納米晶磁芯的居里溫度高達560℃,遠高于傳統(tǒng)鐵氧體磁芯只有200℃,高居里溫度使得納米晶磁芯具有高的熱穩(wěn)定性,可以連續(xù)工作于120℃。
納米晶磁芯已成為目前共模電感磁芯的優(yōu)選材質(zhì)。

Melting Iron, Silicon, Boron, Nb, Copper to form the alloy.
Alloy is remelted and quenched on a fast rotation copper wheel to form amorphous ribbon.
Wide amorphous ribbon will be slited to the width which core needs.
Slited scrip will be automatically wound to amorphous and nanocrytalline core.
Amorphous core under heat treatment to release stress to get good performance; Nanocrystalline core under heat treatment to form nanocrystalline grain and the best magnetic properties.
Heat treated core will be fixed to a plastic case or be under epoxy coated.
All our amorphous and nanocrystalline cores will be 100% tested before shipping.

Common mode choke with nanocrystalline core has the best performance compared with traditional ferrite core. And small size, low power consuption, low copper wire.
Output filter inductor made of amorphous C core can withstand large DC current, low core loss, low temperature rise, high inductance and high temperature stability.
High frequency transformer for frequency from 400Hz up to 100KHz can use amorphous and nanocrystalline core, with merits of low core loss, high saturation flux density, high efficiency.

共模電感是一個高導磁率的磁芯上有兩個繞組,這兩個繞組的電流按同一方向流入,同一方向流出,負載電流產(chǎn)生的磁場在磁芯中相互抵消。當共模噪聲流進時,由于方向不同向,于是在磁芯中產(chǎn)生磁場,而由于磁芯的高導磁率而把噪聲抑制。
