非晶、納米晶技術(shù)是現(xiàn)代先進(jìn)的科技,直接從融熔的鋼水經(jīng)過(guò)快速冷卻成形為非晶帶材,這是冶金史上的革命。作為新型的軟磁材料,由于其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)點(diǎn),已廣泛于高性能磁芯,電感元件,變壓器。興磁科技 King Magnetics 目前已開(kāi)發(fā)出用于共模電感的系列非晶、納米晶磁芯。
納米晶磁芯具有高的導(dǎo)磁率,頻率特性寬,非常適用于EMC濾波器,共模電感,以抑制共模噪聲。相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)軟磁材料,比如鐵氧體磁芯,納米晶磁芯優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,高電感量,濾波效果好,體積小,銅線匝數(shù)少。
納米晶磁芯的居里溫度高達(dá)560℃,遠(yuǎn)高于傳統(tǒng)鐵氧體磁芯只有200℃,高居里溫度使得納米晶磁芯具有高的熱穩(wěn)定性,可以連續(xù)工作于120℃。
納米晶磁芯已成為目前共模電感磁芯的優(yōu)選材質(zhì)。

King Magnetics 珠海興磁科技開(kāi)發(fā)的橢圓型的納米晶磁芯主要應(yīng)用于電動(dòng)汽車(chē)動(dòng)力控制、變頻器,方便直接穿過(guò)母線。安裝在變頻器與電機(jī)之間,濾除高頻噪聲,以保護(hù)變頻器及電機(jī)軸承,在新能源電動(dòng)汽車(chē)動(dòng)力總成,充電站中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,讓汽車(chē)通過(guò)EMC測(cè)試。電動(dòng)汽車(chē)納米晶橢圓形磁芯可以用于直流側(cè)和交流側(cè)。
非晶、納米晶磁芯作為新型磁性材料,能廣泛適用于新能源電動(dòng)汽車(chē),太陽(yáng)能發(fā)電,風(fēng)力發(fā)電,大型開(kāi)發(fā)電源, 激光電源,航空器。主要作用為變壓器、共模噪聲抑制器,濾波電感,電流互感器。
相比于傳統(tǒng)鐵氧體,非晶、納米晶磁芯具有較高的導(dǎo)磁率,和飽和磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度。濾波效果提升,過(guò)電流能力也得到增強(qiáng)。能適應(yīng)車(chē)載的惡劣環(huán)境。
